Why The Windmills?

The short answer is because they look good and grab your attention.

The longer answer is that I hired a very talented graphic artist to design a new logo and clean up the look of my site. We met and I rambled off some vague ideas about wanting to convey a sense of dependability and technology. She decided the windmill embodied this duality quite well. It has been a power source for hundreds, if not thousands, of years, yet is constantly evolving.

I loved the look and the concept. It was different and interesting, and thus we have windmills.

And no, I have never written any windmill related software.
